Fire at Narsingdi UMC jute mill

Narsingdi Correspondent: A fire broke out at Narsingdi Meghna Chandpur (UMC) Jute Mills on Saturday night.
Four firefighting units from Narsingdi Sadar, Madhabdi and Shibpur rushed to the spot and doused the fire.
It is known that many jute and jute goods were also gutted in the fire.
Nasingdi Fire Service Officer Shahjahan Siraj said “We heard fire news at 10.22pm. Four fire brigade units managed to control the fire at10:52pm. The cause of the fire could be known yet”.
