Two pirates held in Khulna

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) on Monday detained two pirates from Maheshwaripur area of Koyra Upazila upazila in Khulna.

The detainees are known as Siddiqur Rahman, 34 and his cohort Abdullah Tarafdar.

RAB-6 ASP Md Shahinur Islam said, on information that a group of robbers is taking preparation to commit robber in the area, RAB conducted a drive there and arrested two robbers.

Meanwhile, three pipe guns, 15 rounds of bullets, three mobile phones and Tk15,000 were recovered from the spot.
