2 ‘Neo JMB’ men held

Police have arrested two active members of militant outfit Neo JMB.

In a drive, police arrested them on Friday midnight in Gallamari Khorshed Nagar area of Khulna city.

The arrestees were identified as Nur Mohammad Anik, 24, and Md Mojahidul Islam Rafi, 23.

Both of them claimed that they are students of Khulna University.

Sheikh Moniruzzaman Mithu, additional deputy commissioner of Khulna Metropolitan Police (KMP), confirmed the news.

Police recovered huge bomb-making materials from them.
