Teacher found dead, four including wife held

Police has recovered the body of a school teacher from his in-laws house at Konapara village of Netrokona Sadar upazila.

The deceased is Ujjal Chowdhury, 45, a teacher of Gobindasree High School and son of Kenu Chowdhury at Barobari village under Gobindasree union of Madan upazila.

Informed by locals, police recovered the body of Ujjal from his in-laws’ house and sent it to the local hospital morgue for autopsy on Monday.

Ujjal had been visiting his in-laws from January 16. Villagers noticed the body in a jungle.

Police held four persons including Ujjal’s wife for questioning over the death.
