50kg venison recovered from Sundarbans

Members of Bangladesh Coast Guards have recovered about 50 kilogram of venison from Soto Kumrakathi Khal area of Mongla Coast Guard west zone in the Sundarbans forest.

Coast Guard Operation Officer (West Zone) Abdullah-Al-Mahmud said a patrol team recovered the venison during a regular drive on Thursday night.

No one was arrested in connection with the seizure.
