Executive Director of Nirapad Somaj Joydev Gope said the organisation is working for welfare of the neglected and backward people of the society for long days. It specially works for wellbeing of poor weavers of the area. Of them, many have been passing miserable days due to the coronavirus outbreak. At this circumstances, it is moral responsibility to stand by them. So, food assistance was reached to 200 families. The programme would be continued if needed.
