Upazila chairman stands by that farmers after risingbd reports

Pabna’s Chatmohor Upazila Chairman Abdul Hamid Master has stood by that farmers who fell in immense sufferings by stagnant water in the area after country’s popular online news portal risingbd published a report in this regard.
On Sunday noon, he inaugurated road construction works to bring paddy from Kholisha water body. He also visited boro paddy field went under water at Handial area.
Risingbd on Sunday morning published a report over stagnant water in Chatmohor. Noticing the report, Upazila Chairman Abdul Hamid Master visited the farmers and talked them. He also inaugurated construction work of make shift road on Dhulauri-Beluri area to alleviate their sufferings in harvesting paddy.
He also assured them to construct a bridge in next few months to remove stagnant from the water body.
Abdul Hamid Master said, “I’m also from a farmer family. I felt so bad after noticing of news plunging paddy into water. Then, I rushed there and started to construct a makeshift road.”
