Evidence of providing fake corona certificate at KMCH found

The evidence has been found over providing fake coronavirus certificate in Khulna Medical College and Hospital (KMCH).
A probe body formed in this connection found the evidence in its investigation and recommended punishment for those who were involved in the wrongdoing.
Additional district magistrate Md Yousuf Ali, on behalf of the probe committee, submitted the report to the deputy commissioner (DC) on Monday.
Earlier, it was alleged that Nowshad, an outsourcing employee (liftman) of KMCH, had given negative certificates to Tania Begum of BK Roy Cross Road (Sample ID KMC-20003) and Shamim Ahmed of West Baniakhamar area (Sample ID KMC-19031) in exchange for money. But they were detected positive with coronavirus in real test that arose doubt. Even the ID through which they were given a negative certificate was proved to be fake.
Probe body member civil surgeon Dr Sujat Ahmed said, ‘Evidence has been found of providing fake coronavirus certificate. Police are searching for the primarily alleged person Nowshad of KMCH. I hope, those are involved in the wrongdoing will be uncovered once he would be interrogated after arrest.’
