22 more die of Covid-19 in 4 Khulna hospitals

A total of 22 more people have died from coronavirus (Covid-19) infections and coronavirus-like symptoms while undergoing treatment at the corona unit of four hospitals in Khulna.
The deaths were reported in the last 24 hours commencing from 8:00am on Wednesday (July 07) to 8:00am today, Thursday (July 08).
Of the 22 deaths, nine died at Khulna 130-bed Covid-19 dedicated hospital, two at 250-bed general (sadar) hospital, eight at private Gazi medical college hospital and three at the corona unit of Shaheed Sheikh Abu Naser Specialised Hospital.
Dr Shuhash Ranjan Haldar, focal person at the coronavirus unit of Khulna Medical College Hospital (KMCH); Gazi Mizanur Rahman, proprietor of Gazi medical colleg hospital, Dr Kazi Abu Rashed, spokesperson at the corona unit of the general hospital and Prakash Chandra Debnath, spokesperson at the corona unit of Shaheed Sheikh Abu Naser Specialised Hospital, individually confirmed their deaths on Thursday (July 08).
