A mild cold wave is sweeping over Dinajpur district. The temperature was recorded at 11.2 degree Celsius in the district.
The lowest temperature of the country was recorded at 8.2 degree Celsius in Tetulia.
Tofazzal Hossain, an official of the Met Office in Dinajpur, confirmed the news on Saturday (February 12).
The temperature in the district was recorded at 9.00 am, humidity was 94 percent, and wind velocity was 3-4km/hr, said the Met Officer.
Meanwhile, the temperature in Rangpur was recorded at 11.5 degree Celsius, 10.4 degree Celsius in Rajarhat, 11.0 degree Celsius in Dimla, 11.4 degree Celsius in Naogaon and 10.7 degree Celsius in Rajshahi.
