Rohingya girl rapped, case filed against 3

A Rohingya girl has filed a case against three persons for rapping her for three months at Subarnachar of Noakhali.

The victim filed the case with Charjabbar Police Station on Thursday night.

Two of the accused are Mohammad Shahadat Hossain (main accused), son of late Asadul Haque at Charalauddin village of  Subarnachar, and his assistant Kochi, 27, son of Ruhul Amin of the locality.

According to sources, Mohammad Shahadat Hossain brought the girl to Subarnachar from Bhasanchar with the help of middlemen three months ago and raped her introducing as wife.

Locals rescued the girl from Mohammadpur area on Wednesday night and handed over to police.

Police has sent the victim to Noakhali General Hospital for medical test.
