Fire breaks Meridian Chips factory in Chattogram

A fire has broken out at Meridian Chips factory in Dampara area of Chattogram.

The incident occurred in the building at around 2:30am on Sunday (November 20), the fire service control room said.

On information, four fire units rushed to spot and started to douse the fire.

The fire service official could not immediately confirm the cause of the fire or the extent of the damage.
