Dhaka-Ctg-Sylhet and M’sing train service suspended

The rail communication on the Dhaka-Sylhet-Chattogram and Mymensingh routes has been suspended following the collision between two trains in Bhairab of Kishoreganj on Monday (October 23) afternoon.

Brahmanbaria Railway Station master Jashim Uddin and Mymensingh railway police station assistant sub-inspector Ekramul Haque confirmed the matter this afternoon.

Earlier, at least 20 people were killed and several others injured after a container train hit a passenger train Egarosindur Express from behind in Bhairab of Kishoreganj.
