Swechchhasebak League leader sets fire to his one vehicle in Gazipur

A Swechchhasebak League leader has allegedly set fire to his own Toyota brand car in Gazipur.

This incident took place around 12:00pm on Friday in Boardghar area of Kaliakoir upazila.

The leader is Moin Dewan, 30, son of Ibrahim Dewan at Boardghar of Sutrapur union.

Moin Dewan is the owner of Moin Clinic and Diagnostic Centre and industrial and commerce affairs secretary of Kaliakoir municipality unit of Swechchhasebak League, he claimed.

Moin Dewan said he was injured during the BNP-Jamaat’s blockade but no one from his party came to see him. As a result, he set fire to his car in anger.
