BNP calls dawn-to-dusk hartal in Chattogram Sunday

BNP has called dawn-to-dusk hartal in Chattogram for Sunday (November 5) in protest against the arrest of BNP Standing Committee Member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury and placing him on remand.

A press release, signed by Md Idris Ali, office secretary of Chattogram Metropolitan unit BNP, has been issued in this regard on Saturday (November 4).

Detective Branch of Police yesterday arrested BNP leader Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury from a house in Dhaka’s Gulshan.
