Decomposed body of missing JP leader found in Chattogram 

The decomposed body of a local Jatiya Party leader was recovered from a jungle in Darbesh Hat area in Lohagara upazila of Chattogram city on Friday night (January 29).

The deceased was known as Anwar Hossain, 42, convener of local Jatiya Party.

Lohagara police station Inspector (investigation) Rashedul Islam confirmed the matter.

He said, the victim was missing since December 20. Later, a general diary was filed with Lohagara police station on December 21. Later, on information, police recovered the decomposed body on Friday night.
