Prof Reazul Hassan new NCTB chairman

Prof AKM Reazul Hassan has been appointed as the chairman of the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB).

A gazette notification was issued by the Secondary and Higher Education Division in this regard on Saturday.

Earlier, Prof Reazul was a member (primary curriculum) at the NCTB. Later, he was made an officer on special duty at the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE).

NCTB chief Md Farhadul Islam resigned from his post on August 19.
