SSC (Secondary School Certificate) and HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) exams and its equivalent exams are being erred by 2 months.
The education boards have planned to hold the SSC exams in April, almost two months behind the regular time, and to start HSC exams in last of June. The cause of the delay could not be known.
Professor Tapan Kumar Sarker, chairman of Dhaka Education Board and president of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee, said SSC and HSC exams in 2025 will be held in full syllabuses.
Usually the SSC and HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) exams are held in February and April respectively. However, the academic calendar was jeopardised following the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in the country in 2020.
