Science fair begins at Jagangirnagar University

Jagangirnagar University Correspondent: A two-day long science fair has been started at Jagangirnagar University (JU) from Friday.

Abul Kamal Azad, Chief Coordinator for Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Affairs in the Prime Minister's Office formally inaugurated the science fair at the university's Jahir Raihan auditorium around 11:00am. 

Students from school, college and university joined the 'JU Science Fest-2018'. The slogan of the fair is "Be Innovative, Make Innovative".

Abul Kamal Azad said that earlier the government had to feed seven crore people. The number has increased now. Over 16 crore people are being fed now. It is possible for the sake of science.

JU treasurer professor Sheikh Monjurul Huq, Professor Md Khabir Uddin and others attended the function.
