14pc pass DU ‘Kha’ unit admission test

Staff Correspondent: Around 14 per cent of the total admission seekers have passed the ‘Kha’ (B) unit admission test for first year honours courses of Dhaka University.

DU Vice-chancellor Md Akhtaruzzaman announced the result on Tuesday.

Only 4,747 among 35,726 candidates have passed the exam against a total of 2,383 seats.

The results can be viewed from the university website (www.admission.eis.du.ac.bd) or via short message service (SMS) on any mobile operator.

For SMS notification of the result, a candidate will have to type “DU KHA roll number” and send it to 16321.

The “choice form” on the website will have to be filled and submitted within 3:00pm, September 26 to 3:00pm, October 10, 2018.

The admission test of the 'Kha' unit was held on Friday.
