Prof Rahmat Ullah relieved of administrative duties

Dhaka University Teachers' Association President Prof Rahmat Ullah has been relieved of all academic and administrative duties.

The decision came at an emergency syndicate meeting of the university on Wednesday evening (April 20).

A member of the syndicate meeting said, the authority took the decision as Rahmat Ullah paid homage to Khandaker Mushtaq. A probe committee has been formed in this regard.

Earlier, on April 17, the teacher provide a speech praising Khandaker Mushtaq at a discussion meeting on the historic Mujibnagar Day on 17 April at Dhaka University.
