Apu Biswas wants to become Awami League candidate?

Popular Dhallywood actress Apu Biswas has acted in over 100 films.  The actress is also active in politics.

She actively participated in campaign for the 11th parliament election.

She also bought an Awami League nomination form for a reserved seat for women in the 11th parliament.

Talking to risingbd, she said she will not collect any nomination form this year for the 12th parliament election.

“But I expect the country’s development will continue under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina.  I have confidence. I feel very privileged to be involved with politics with pro-liberation forces”, she said.

Earlier, ruling Awami League on Saturday started selling nomination forms to aspirants.
