Nikita crowned Femina Miss India 2024

Nikita Porwal has been crowned the Femina Miss India World 2024. 

She will next represent the country at the Miss World contest. Rekha Pandey from Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Gujarat's Aayushi Dholakia were named the first and second runners-up at a star-studded event on Wednesday, October 16.

The dazzling event held at Famous Studios, marked the 60th edition of the beauty pageant.

The 18-year-old's poised presence and radiant smile won over the judges and earned her the coveted crown, passed on by last year's titleholder, Nandini Gupta. 

Neha Dhupia added a touch of nostalgia as she gracefully placed the Miss India sash on the beauty pageant winner.

After being crowned Femina Miss India 2024, Nikita Porwal shared a heartfelt moment with her family, celebrating this significant achievement together.

According to a press statement, the event this time celebrated six decades of transforming the lives of young women across the country by serving as a launchpad for their successful careers in the different fields of entertainment, glamour and fashion.
