Staff Correspondent: Police arrested singer Asif Akbar on Wednesday midnight from his Tejgaon studio under ICT Act.
Musician Safiq Tuhin filed a case against the singer for using his music property in business purpose without permission.
Special police supper of CID Molla Nazrul Islam confirmed the matter.
