I am upset, says Kangana on news of Priyanka’s engagement

Entertainment Desk: Kangana Ranaut and Priyanka Chopra are good friends and have worked together in director Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion. Now, Kangana says that she is upset because Priyanka didn’t tell her about her engagement with Nick Jonas.

At a recent fashion show, Kangana joked about Priyanka’s betrayal. DNA has quoted her saying, “Acha? Woh meri bahut achi dosh hain unhone mujhe nahi bataya toh phir main khafaa hun.(Really? She is a close friend of mine and I am upset now that she didn’t tell me about it.)”

News of the couple’s engagement was broken on Friday by US media. A tweet by Bollywood director Ali Abbas Zafar about Priyanka’s exit from his film Bharat hinted at her engagement.

Over the last several weeks, Priyanka (36) and Nick (25) have been spotted on several dates, including a dinner date in New York City and a Beauty and the Beast Live in Concert show in Los Angeles.

On the other hand, Kangana is currently shooting for the patchwork for her film Manikarnika-The Queen Of Jhansi. The film will release on January 25, next year, which is also the release date of Hrithik Roshan’s Super 30, a biopic on Bihar mathematician Anand Kumar. Going by their past clashes, this Friday is going to be interesting one for their fans.
