Bappa Majumder becomes father of baby girl

Popular singer and musician Bappa Majumder has become father.

His wife actress and presenter Tania Hossain gave birth to a baby girl at the Square Hospitals in the capital around 10:30am on Wednesday.

Both mother and the newborn are doing well, Bappa Majumder confirmed.

Meanwhile, the couple finalised name of their baby girl before her birth. They named their baby as Agnimitra Piyeta.

Bappa tied the knot with Tania in May 2018. The wedding ceremony was kept exclusive to selective guests including family members and friends held in June of the year.

This is second marriage for both Bappa and Tania.

Bappa married model, actor and dancer Mehbooba Mahnoor Chandni in 2008. They got divorced after nine years as their marriage didn’t turn out to be a blissful one.

Tania married popular television anchor and film director Debashish Biswas in 2010. They got divorced within a year.
