Aupee Karim gives birth to baby girl

Popular actress Aupee Karim has given birth to a baby girl.

The actress underwent surgery at 10am on Monday (December 28) at Square hospital in the capital to give birth to the baby girl.

Aides familiar with Aupee Karim confirmed the news to risingbd.

Eminent director Chayanika Chowdhury told the media, “Both mother and child are well.”

Aupee Karim and architect and director Enamul Karim Nirjhar got married on 2016.

Both Aupee and Nirjhar are National Cinema Award winners. Aupee won her award in 2004 for her role in the movie ‘Bachelor’. And ‘Aha’, the film directed by Nirjhar, won awards in four categories, including best director.
