Freida Pinto plays a stripper

Risingbd Desk, DHAKA, Oct 17: `Slumdog Millionaire` actress Freida Pinto is seen in a rather bold avatar in singer Bruno Mars` single `Gorilla`.

She kickstarted her film career, playing the plain Jane-next-door. But as part of an almost drastic image makeover, Freida Pinto has set the floor on fire with her stripper-act in a new music video.

The actress, who moved to the US post Slumdog Millionaire, has a rather bold avatar in Bruno Mar’s single Gorilla, where she is seen stripped down to her lingerie in the video.

Says a source, “Freida plays a sultry stripper in a seedy bar in the song and is seen writhing around a dance pole.”

Actor Luis Guzman makes a cameo as the strip club owner, introducing the actress as the ‘new girl in town’.

Freida and Bruno are then seen kissing and cavorting in a car, in the video, after some antics inside the club.
