Tanjina Toma to sing in Tribeni tonight

Tanjina Toma is an artiste dedicated to Rabindra Sangeet.  Due to the cultural atmosphere in her family, she became familiar with the Rabindra Sangeet from the early age.  The practice of singing started at Anandadhani Music Academy. This artiste from Dinajpur has learned music in Chayanot. She has been at Chayanot as a music teacher since 2005. She has won heart of Rabindra lovers at home and abroad. She also presented various types of musical programs.

Toma completed her Masters in 2001 from the Department of Management of Dhaka University. As a TV and stage presenter, she repeatedly presented herself in different styles. She is a listed artiste in BTV and Bangladesh Betar. So far, nine solo albums of Rabindra Sangeet have been released. Three from Bangladesh and the remaining six albums were released from West Bengal.

The singer will join the 61th episode of a live show titled ‘Tribeni’ at 10.00pm today, Wednesday (July 14).
