Mahi wants to become MP for Awami League

Bangladeshi film actress Mahiya Mahi has been active in politics. She has shown her interest to do politics under the banner of Awami League.

After tying the knot with a politician of Gazipur, she started to show her interest in politics. A poster of Mahi regarding MP post is seen in social media recently.

It is known that she will buy the nomination form for the role of Member of the Parliament (MP) in Chapainawabganj-2 on December 29.

Mahi said everyone please pray for me. I am going to become the candidate of Awami League for the seat of Chapainawabganj-2. I want to work for people. I want to devote myself for the welfare of women and children.
