Case filed against Mahi, her husband

A case has been filed against actress Mahia Mahi and her husband Rakib Sarkar, a businessman and Awami League leader of Gazipur, under the Digital Security Act.

Sub Inspector of Basan Thana of Gazipur city Mohammad Rokon Mia filed the case on Friday night.

Gazipur Metropolitan Police Commissioner Molla Nazrul Islam confirmed the news. 

Rakib Sarkar is currently staying in Saudi Arabia to perform the holy Umrah with his wife Mahiya Mahi.

But early Friday they alleged on their face book pages that miscreants led by Gazipur Metropolitan Police Commissioner attacked their car showroom to occupy it.

The attack took place on Friday (March 17) at around 5.00am in the car showroom called Sonyraj Car Palace on the east side of Alam Government College in Bhawal Badr of Gazipur city, they alleged.
