All projects financed by Indian loans to continue: Salehuddin

Finance and Commerce Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed said all the projects funded by Indian loans would continue.

“These projects are important for both the countries,” he said.

The adviser was responding to queries of reporters after Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Pranay Verma met him at the Finance Ministry at Bangladesh Secretariat here on Tuesday (September 10).

Salehuddin said, “India is our closest neighbour. We have various economic, trade and technology-related relations with them. We have discussed how to work more closely together.”
