Israel and Hamas started a four-day truce on Friday morning, and first 13 civilian captives will be released at about 4:00pm.
Earlier on Thursday, Qatar’s foreign ministry spokesperson Majed Al-Ansari told reporters in the Qatari capital Doha.
Aid would start flowing into Gaza, the first hostages would be freed at 4 p.m. and it was expected Palestinians would be released from Israeli jails.
Israeli official says delay of implementation stems from administrative matters ‘which are being addressed,’ urges ‘no cause for concern’.
