Former US President Donald Trump has been found guilty in a case of concealment of information in business documents.
A US court passed the order on Thursday (New York local time). The jury found him guilty on each of the 34 counts of falsifying business records to hide a payment meant to silence porn star Stormy Daniels.
British news media BBC in a report said this on Friday (May 31).
It is the first time a former or serving US president has been convicted of a crime.
He will be sentenced on 11 July - the ex-president could face prison, but legal experts say a fine is the more likely outcome. Meanwhile, he claimed that he was a victim of political revenge.
