Global death toll from coronavirus reaches 42,130

The global death toll from novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has risen to 42,130 while infected number has risen to 858,371.  

There have been at least 770 new coronavirus deaths reported in the US on Tuesday, according to a count from CNN Health.

This is the most reported deaths in the United States in a single day since the coronavirus outbreak. There have been a total of 3,889 deaths reported in the US since the outbreak.

There are now at least 187,729 coronavirus cases in the US.

A total of 12428 died in Italy, 3,305 died in China, 8464 in Spain, 3,523 in France, 2,898 in Iran and 775 in Germany.
