PM to open sale of AL nomination Friday

Awami League President Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the sale of party’s nomination forms from Friday for the 12th parliamentary elections.

Sheikh Hasina will collect her nomination after attending a meeting at Dhaka district Awami League office on Friday (November 17).

The party aspirants can collect and submit the nomination papers from November 18 to November 21 between 10am and 4pm everyday from AL Bangabandhu Avenue central office in the capital.

Nomination forms for the candidates of Dhaka, Mymensingh, Sylhet and Chittagong divisions will be distributed from the second floor of the party office, while the aspirants from Rangpur, Rajshahi, Khulna and Barisal divisions have to collect nomination papers from third floor of the office. Nomination papers of all divisions will be received on the ground floor of the central office.

AL has fixed the price of nomination form at Taka 50,000 for the forthcoming 12th Jatiya Sangsad elections.
