BNP’s countrywide dawn-to-dusk blockade underway

A fresh dawn-to-dusk countrywide blockade called by the BNP is underway.

The blockade began at 6am on Sunday and will end at 6pm.

The BNP has called the blockade, in support of boycotting the election and demanding the resignation of the Awami League government and the restoration of the non-party caretaker government system.

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi came up with the announcement at a virtual press conference last Wednesday.
