Shafiul Azam joins BICM as executive president

Mohammad Shafiul Azam, executive director of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), has taken charge as executive president of the Bangladesh Institute of Capital Market (BICM).

He submitted his joining letter on Monday (January 1), said a press release.

Earlier on December 28, BSEC in a notification said that the tenure of BICM Executive President will end on December 31, 2023. Mohammad Shafiul Azam will take charge of BSEC as executive president till the next announcement.
