Cold weather with rain may increase sufferings

A mild cold wave is sweeping over most of the districts of the country, causing suffering to the people.

Bangladesh Meteorology Department (BMD) forecast light rain may occur in different districts of North Bengal in the next 24 hours commencing 6am on Friday. It will increase the sufferings. 

According to forecast for three days, weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country. Light rain and drizzling may occur in different places of Jashore and Kushtia districts and some places of Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions.

Moderate to thick fog may occur over the country during midnight to morning and it may continue till noon at places over the country. Air navigation, inland river transport and road communication may disrupt due to thick fog.

Night and day temperature may rise slightly over the country. Due to prevailing thick fog, cold day condition may prevail at places over the country.
