Foreign observers express satisfaction over voting environment

A team of foreign observers has expressed their satisfaction over voting environment.

The team said voting situation is peaceful, transparent and festive.

Three foreign observers came up with the remark while talking to journalists after visiting the Korea Technical Training Center at the Darussalam Bangladesh in the capital on Sunday.

Deputy head of USSTO mission said, “Voting environment is peaceful. People are coming to cast their votes. We expect 50 per cent votes can be cast. No fault was seen in any place”.

They also expressed satisfaction over presence of women voters.

Earlier, they visited Banani Biddaniketon center.
