Portfolios distributed among ministers, state ministers

25 ministers and 11 state ministers of new Cabinet were sworn-in at Bangabhaban Durbar Hall on Thursday evening.
After the sworn-in ceremony, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina distributed the portfolios among the ministers and state ministers.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been given the charge of Cabinet Division, Defence Ministry, Armed Forces Division, Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry, Cultural Affairs Ministry and Labour and Employment Ministry.
AKM Mozammel Haque gets liberation affairs ministry, Obaidul Quader road transport and bridges ministry, Abul Hasan Mahmud Ali finance ministry, Anisul Huq law justice and parliamentary affairs ministry, Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun industries ministry, Asaduzzaman Khan home ministry, Md Tazul Islam LGRD and cooperatives ministry, Muhammad Faruk Khan, civil aviation and tourism ministry, Mohammad Hasan Mahmud, foreign ministry, Dr Dipu Moni, social welfare ministry, Sadhan Chandra Majumder, food ministry, Abdus Salam, planning ministry, Md Faridul Haque Khan, religious affairs ministry, RAM Obaidul Muktadir Chowdhury, housing and public works ministry, Narayan Chandra Chanda, land ministry, Jahangir Kabir Nanak, jute and textiles ministry, Md Abdur Rahman, fisheries and livestock ministry, Md Abdus Shahid, agriculture ministry, Architect Yeafesh Osman (technocrat) science and technology ministry, Dr. Samanta Lal Sen (technocrat) health ministry, Md Zillul Hakim, railways ministry, Farhad Hossain, public administration ministry, Nazmul Hasan, youth and sports ministry, Saber Hossain Chowdhury environment, forest and climate change ministry and Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury education ministry.
