Hasan Mahmud goes to India on February 7

Newly-appointed Foreign Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud will go to India on February 7 as his first official bilateral tour.

“I am going for tour of India on February 7 at the invitation of honourable Indian external affair minister,” he told the reporters at a briefing at foreign ministry on Thursday.

The foreign minister said that he might be stayed in New Delhi for three days.

Responding to a query whether he will call on Indian Prime Minister in Delhi, Mahmud said, “Nothing has been finalized yet … it is too early to say anything.”
