46th BCS preliminary exam on March 9

The preliminary examination of 46th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) will be held on March 9 this year.

The test will simultaneously be held in all divisional cities of the country from 10:00am to 12:00pm on that day.

A notification signed by the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) examination controller (cadre) Ananda Kumar Biswas was issued in this regard on Thursday (January 18). 

BPSC is planning to recruit 3,140 candidates for government jobs through the 46th BCS exams. This year, about three lakh candidates applied for the posts.
