Fog may increase from Sunday

Fog may increase from Sunday over the country. Besides, cold wave may sweep over many districts of the country.

Night temperature may increase slightly over the country but day temperature may fall slightly.

According to Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD), country’s lowest temperature was 9.5 degree Celsius in Srimangal of Moulvibazar on Saturday morning.  9.8 degree Celsius was recorded in Rajshahi, 9.8 degree Celsius in Dinajpur and 10 degree Celsius at Badolgachi of Naogaon.  13.8 degree Celsius was recorded in Dhaka.

Mild cold wave that is sweeping over the districts of Rajshahi, Naogaon, Dinajpur and Moulvibazar may spread.
 
Moderate to thick fog may occur over the country during midnight to morning and it may continue till noon at places, it also said.  
Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country.
