Two more die from dengue  

Two more people died from dengue in the country in the last 24 hours till Saturday morning. 

A total of 18 patients were hospitalised with viral fever in that time. 

According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), among the new patients, six were admitted to hospitals in Dhaka, while the rest were outside it.

With the new death, the fatalities from the mosquito-borne disease rose to 13 this year.

A total of 821 dengue cases have been reported since January 1, 2024.
