‘Govt to buy Airbus planes when economy permits’

Foreign Minister Hasan Mahmud said Bangladesh will buy planes of the European company Airbus from Franch considering the country’s economic condition.

“We will buy Airbus planes from Franch when our economy permits,” he said.

He made the comment after separate meetings with French Ambassador Marie Masdupuy and German Ambassador Achim Troster at the foreign ministry on Thursday (January 25).
