Health Minister aims to increase numbers of quality doctors

Health and Family Welfare Minister Samanta Lal Sen said that our aim is to produce quality doctors rather than increasing the number of doctors.

The minister said this after visiting an exam center of MBBS admission test on Friday morning.

He said I will make better doctors. I am working with the aim of making quality doctors not the quantity in Bangladesh.

All types of necessary precautions have been taken in this examination, he added.

In reply to a question regarding the question leakage, he said Legal action will be taken. No one will be spared in this regard.

The hour-long test started at 10:00 am at 44 venues in 19 centres nationwide.
