Arrest warrant against Evaly`s Rassel-Shamima issued

A Dhaka court has issued arrest warrant against Mohammad Rassel, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of e-commerce company Evaly, and his wife in three separate cases filed on charge of fraud.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Farah Diba Chanda passed the order on Monday (March 4).

Sakibul Islam, lawyer of the plaintiff confirmed the matter to reporters.

It is known that the arrest warrant was issued against them as they didn’t appear before the court in time.
