Court orders to confiscate Evaly Rassel’s wealth

A Dhaka court on Thursday ordered to confiscate all property of Mohammad Rassel, former CEO of the online marketplace Evaly and his wife Shamima Nasrin in a fraud case filed against them.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Begum Farha Dibah Chanda passed the order after hearing.
The plaintiff's lawyer Sakibul Islam confirmed the matter.
On February 15, the court issued arrest warrants against Evaly's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mohammad Rassel and his wife Shamima Nasreen in three separate cases filed on charges of fraud.
