BSMMU officer promoted without following rules 

An allegation has been raised that a deputy director (public relations) of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) has been promoted without following the rules.

In this regard, Section Officer (public relations) of the university Prashant Kumar Majumder sent an application to BSMMU Vice-Chancellor and Registrar on December 27 to cancel a circular for the post of deputy director (public relations).

Prashant Kumar Majumder alleged that the person does not have a four-year bachelor’s or master’s degree in journalism from a recognized university and does not have any experience.
